0 Fall Leaves - Copic Tutorial!

Hello Tiffany Doodlers.  I hope the summer months have treated you well and as the children gather school supplies and head back to classrooms I hope you are ready to get crafty again.  I am ready if you are.  Here is a fun quick tutorial to get you started.  I used Tiffany's "Fall is Here" set and did some messy coloring to quickly get some fall colors onto my card.

I gathered some supplies and threw a quick and easy card together, can you tell "quick" is a key word here!

For this card I used:
*Cardstock - Bazzill Swiss Dots and X-Press It Blending Card
*Patterned paper - Basic Grey
*Mulberry papers - Prima
*Other - black tread

Cut the cardstock to 5 1/2 x 11", the yellow patterned paper to 5 x 5", the green patterned paper to 5 1/2 x 2", and tear the mulberry papers to 4" square and 3" square.  I lightly adhered the yellow, then the larger mulberry paper and the green patterned paper and stitched around the edge of the mulberry square.  I adhered the smaller mulberry paper and stitched this layer again.  And then I colored two leaves quick adn dirty.

Step #1 - Use your Y38 to color in a majority of your first leaf.

Step #2 - Use YR07 to feather in from the edges overlapping the Y38.  We are going to cut the leaves out so just do quick coloring no need to keep it clean.

Step #3 - Use E07 to feather in over the very edges of your leaf.

Step #4 - Blend back your layers with your YR07 and Y38.

Step #5 - Cut out your leaf and repeat all the steps on a second leaf.

Step #6 - Attache your 2 leaves sewing down the center vein on each.

Hope you enjoyed this fast a furious card.  Remember sometimes it is fun to just throw one together and scribble your color in quick. To see more of my art and goings on check out my blog at scrapweaver.com.
